1. General Policy

All payments made to Final Attempt are considered final.
Refunds are provided only under specific conditions mentioned below.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

A. Refund Request Within 3 Days

  • The student requests cancellation within 3 days of course purchase.

  • Refund will be processed after deducting:

    • Registration charges

    • Processing fees

    • GST (if applicable)

B. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount.

C. Technical Payment Failure

If payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank/wallet, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • After 3 days of course purchase

  • If study materials have already been accessed or downloaded

  • If classes, tests, evaluations, or mentorship sessions have been availed

  • If a student is removed due to policy violations

  • For low usage, lack of interest, or change of mind

  • For partial usage of course duration

Once digital content or services are delivered, they become non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

A. Course Cancellation by Student

B. Cancellation by Final Attempt

We may cancel a student’s access if:

  • Rules are violated

  • Misconduct occurs

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

7. Payment Gateway Charges

All payment gateway charges, processing fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
